Basic Posting Package – $35.00
Valid for one job posting per category, per location, lasting a minimum of 21 days
Six Posting Package – $175.00
6 total job postings, valid for one job posting per category, per location, lasting a minimum of 30 days
Twelve Posting Package – $300.00
12 total job postings, valid for one job posting per category, per location, lasting a minimum of 30 days

By accessing or using the services provided on this website, you agree to be bound by all of the terms and conditions herein. We reserve the right to revise these terms and conditions at any time by updating this page, therefore we suggest periodic reviewing of the contents.
Employers or applicants (You) must understand that this is an Internet job advertisement service that is publicly accessible. The ILS learning corporation cannot control how third parties will use the information once information is posted on www.ilsjobbank.com (hereby referred to as the job bank).
With exception of the contact information on a job advertisement, or information in a personal resume, you will not post any sensitive or personal information which could include a person’s name, address, e-mail address and telephone number, place of work, medical information, or age.
You will not post a job advertisement or resume containing inappropriate information, including offensive or illegal language or content, defamatory statements, inflammatory or discriminatory content based on gender, sexual orientation, age, religious affiliation, disability and/or ethnicity or any commercial solicitation and/or advertising. Morally offensive job offers will not be advertised on the job bank. You will not post confidential third party information, including any proprietary information about a business without the owner’s consent. To that end, you must be in control of all rights in the material they post or have the right by license or permission to post this material in a public forum such as this Internet site. The job bank remains in control of the posting on their website and reserves the right to add / edit and/or delete submissions at any time.
Jobs may be subject to advertisement delays due to translation and monitoring procedures (potentially up to 3 business days. Employers’ accounts will expire or if there is no activity on the account for 18 months. Employers are welcome to submit job advertisements in French or English.
The fee charged for a job posting is refundable either within 24 hours or at our discretion, however there is a small transaction fee that is non refundable. We reserve the right to modify or take down any advert should we deem the content to be offensive, or otherwise unacceptable.
You agree to indemnify the job bank and its representatives and agents against all claims, liabilities or demands and expenses including all disbursements and legal fees resulting from either
a) Your access to or use of the site to which the job bank is linked from time to time
b) Any breach of the Terms and Conditions
c) Your reliance, publication, use of anything on or from the job bank
d) Your violation of any law or regulation
You must understand that it is your responsibility to ensure that your job advertisement complies with all applicable federal/provincial/territorial legislation including employment standards and human rights legislation.
Please visit the Labour Standards if you are unsure of the applicable employment standards for your job advertisement before proceeding further. The job bank will not post job advertisements or will remove them, without notice, if they fail to comply with the above or for any other reason deemed appropriate by the job bank.
