We are currently recruiting for a Client Service Representative / Marketer, Commercial Insurance Division, in our Burnaby Head Office!

Status: Full-Time Position

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm unless otherwise agreed

POSITION DETAILS:
•Assist producer with all aspects of servicing commercial accounts
•Market accounts (new submissions & renewals)
•Process documentation (Certificates of Insurance, Cover Notes, Renewals, Proposals, Endorsements, In-House Policies, Invoicing, Finance Contracts, Customer Correspondence)
•Review and ensure accuracy of policy documentation from insurers before forwarding to the client
•Contact clients for renewal information
•Update client information as changes occur
•Answer account related questions/requests from clients, lawyers, and banks
•Provide policy and coverage information to clients upon request or inquiry
•Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

•Level 2 General Insurance License is a must
•Previous commercial insurance experience required
•TAM, Policy Works, Certificate Exchange & Lincq experience an asset
•Excellent Written and Spoken English
•Exceptional customer service skills
•Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
•Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
•Typing speed of at least 55 wpm
