				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p dir="ltr">Coty Marketing is looking for a Communications Coordinator with a strong background in promotional writing and SEO. The successful candidate will work independently to produce and manage online content on behalf of our clients, who are primarily in the real estate and construction industries, as well as work with our small, dedicated team to support the sales process, edit and research newsletters, and provide clients updates.</p>
<p dir="ltr">This is a full time position (35-40 hrs/week) with very flexible working hours. You will have the option to work from home part of the time. Please note, you will be required to own your own laptop computer for this position.</p>
<p dir="ltr"><strong>The job:</strong></p>
<ul dir="ltr">
<li>Create and publish online content</li>
<li>Maintain 3 blogs and two independent business social media profiles</li>
<li>Create new directory listings and real estate project pages for our websites, including descriptive write ups &amp; photos.</li>
<li>Communicate with clients to determine blog content and provide them with updates about our work on their behalf</li>
<li>Participate in client meetings.</li>
<li>Produce monthly newsletters and activity reports for our clients.</li>
<li>Research information about the real estate and construction industries on Vancouver Island</li>
<li>Some administrative tasks required for updating data bases</li>
<li>Some invoicing to be completed, but no book keeping required.</li>
</ul>
<p dir="ltr"><strong>Experience:</strong></p>
<ul dir="ltr">
<li>Experienced writer/editor, marketing background preferred</li>
<li>Strong English language skills</li>
<li>Accomplished at managing business social media accounts</li>
<li>Graphic design and/or page layout skills preferred</li>
<li>Strong computer skills, including power point &amp; excel</li>
<li>Knowledge of SEO strategies</li>
<li>Real estate and construction industry knowledge would be an asset</li>
</ul>

<li>Strong research, writing and editing skills</li>
<li>Social media for business including twitter, facebook, youtube, google+, pinterest</li>
<li>Administrative duties on cloud based systems</li>

<p><strong>What you will do</strong></p>
<p>The successful candidate will be responsible for processing claim files according to Company policies and procedures.  This involves reviewing claims for completeness and compliance with policy coverage, and recommending payment or denial. If the claim is not complete, the Claims Examiner requests additional information and follows-up regularly.  Processes approved payments for clients and providers, and requests repayment from other insurers. Advises clients and providers of denials as appropriate. Tracks payments made or received and closes file. Assists “walk-in” clients to complete forms and answers questions.  Once fully trained, work schedule will include some non-business hour shifts (weekend and evening shifts).</p>
<p><strong>What you will bring</strong></p>

<li>1 to 2 years of post-secondary education in a business-related field of study.</li>
<li>Ability to learn and apply knowledge of policy wordings to accurately process claim files.</li>
<li>Strong computer skills.</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal English skills.</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills, particularly using the phone.</li>
<li>Previous experience assessing claims an asset.</li>
<li>Experience in customer service role an asset.</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal, conflict resolution and mult-tasking skills.</li>

<li>Knowledge of medical terminology an asset.</li>
